Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership anytime. No obstacle course, no awkward phone call, and no need to explain why.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Quick version: Submit the cancellation form or email us. We’ll stop future renewals and send confirmation. Your existing paid period is generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or when we correct a billing error.

How to cancel

Use the account update form, choose “Cancel service,” and select when you would like the cancellation to take effect. You may also email hello@consideritremembered.com from the address connected to your membership.

We will process the request promptly and email confirmation. Your cancellation is complete when you receive that confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up so we can make sure the request reached us.

What cancellation does

  • End of the billing period: Future renewal charges stop, and your membership remains available through the end of the month or year already paid for.
  • As soon as possible: We stop reminder service as soon as the request is processed and prevent future renewals. Ending service early does not automatically create a prorated refund.

Refunds

Membership charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, and we do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by law.

If you believe you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, email us with the date and amount of the charge. We will review billing errors promptly and issue a correction or refund when appropriate.

Plan changes

Requests to change between monthly and yearly billing generally take effect at the next renewal unless we confirm a different effective date. We will explain any price or credit before completing a mid-cycle change.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, access or reminder delivery may be paused while payment is resolved. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us—we may be able to identify and fix the issue faster.
