Can I change information later?
Absolutely. Use the account update form anytime to change dates, contact information, reminder timing, interests, budgets, gift notes, or your service plan.
Will you suggest gifts?
Yes. Personalized gift and celebration ideas are included free with your membership. The details you share—such as interests, favorite places, budget, sizes, allergies, and firm dislikes—help us make suggestions feel personal.
How are reminders delivered?
You can request email reminders, text reminders, or both. You’ll also choose how far in advance you want to hear from us and whether follow-up reminders would be useful.
How do I cancel?
